New PR4's fitted so a good excuse to try the spare black wheels out and fit the rim stickers that I bought a year or so ago.

Serviced rear caliper and replaced fluid, awkward little bugger!!! also removed chain guard and cleaned all the gunk from it . :onya:
Remember every car driver wants to knock you off !!!!

Adjusted my chain from way too much slack to slightly too tight !

I really need to find a socket for that rear axle nut so I can actually use the torque wrench on it.
Can't find one big enough at Bunnings...

In any event it was MUCH nicer to ride this morning.

What do you use then Mike? Crescent or Stilsons?

I much prefer Vice Grips Col.
No spinning on the nut with those puppies  :stir:

Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

hehe the thing in the factory toolkit mate....

The other nuts reminded me I have to buy a second, smaller torque wrench too....  my LARGE one is a bit awkward to fit into small spaces...

I did a small service: Synchronised throtle bodies, made a compression test(12.7, 12.9, 12.9 and 12.6, engine hot), changed spark plugs, changed new bigger injectors and lowered fuel pressure from 3.2bar to 2.5bar.
Now AFR is 12.4-12.8 on full throtle and boost. Runs great.

Andre

northern

AFR = Air/Fuel ratio

14,6 is optimal to burn fuel completely.
~12.5-13 - should give you most power/torque.

Andre

Thank you. I guess AFR is not something I can measure since my untuned K2 does not have a lambda sensor. Can they measure this on a dyno-run without having a build in lambda? Planning on having one done after changing to single-walled down pipes and collector.

T 24

Yes. You need a wide band lambda meter to get accurate AFR.
And yes, they can measure AFR on dyno from the end of your exhaust pipe.
Tuning in dyno is based on AFR reading. It tells you the Air / Fuel Ratio.
