She got it done by a mate of ours, Grizzley Adams. Just message him on FB - https://www.facebook.com/Grizzleyscustomseats

Asked the wife to take the cover off the 1400 so I can gaze upon it. I parked my 701 in some trees while I was still on it a couple of weeks ago and came off second best. I'll be back on board as soon as I can but that could be a while as I've had surgery to add wrist and spine reinforcement and have to wear a neck brace for 3 months

GSXKING

Parking in the tree's doesn't sound like fun @Lurch.
I thought you had a risky job too ?
Ah well you'll have plenty of recovery time to polish your beloved GSX some more 😎

So how'd the 701 fare after your tree parking incident?  Sounds like you came out of it in a bad way.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

I've definitely been better. I'm not in a state where I can start working on it yet but it seems to only be some broken radiator plastics on one side and a couple of small bits and pieces. The suspensions due for a service so I'll whip both ends out when I can and send the forks to a WP expert I use to make sure they're not bent.

Sounds no good at all Lurch, good luck with coming right.

Pommeroy

All the best for a swift and full recovery Lurch.
There's always room in the world for a bit more tolerance and kindness.

Changed my brake lines and found out why they wouldn't work properly. One of the lines has split from it's union and was weeping. New HEL brake lines fitted now ,all bled through and working as they should.

Tally

Photo of old brake line ,you can see where it was leaking on the left of pic.
