I did not understand, what this topic is all about, so did a research.

For those, who did not understand either - rider #13 hit bike #62 brakes, while doing ~200km/h (120 miles/h) 
there are some videos on youtube, but they probably will be blocked because of content rights (some already are), so I made a screenshot from one of those.

It said something happened earlier at turn 4 between them?  So, sounds like he's retaliated, but a very stupid and dangerous thing to do imo.

Hard close racing is fantastic but pulling another riders brake leaver at 150mph he should be thrown out if the sport full stop .
It's not like it's he first offence.
You need to be able to trust the people your riding that close to or people could be killed.

Needs taking out the back and having the rules of close racing imprinted on him.
Racing is about trust, trust that your fellow competitors are not goin to try and kill you.

This is just a symptom of sport these days ..... win and win at any cost !!!  there is just far to much money being pump in to it and in return you get high stakes and high team pressure , that does not excuse this bloody moron ! but i think you will see more and more of it as the money stakes grow look at the cricket and serina williams melt down in tennis ..... to much money !!!
