Just to update I've had the block done, oversize liners and 89mm pistons. The Yoshi cams are here too. The crankcase has been bored to suit. The Carillo's are on their way too, should be here within the next month. Apart from that progress is slow, Rog Upperton's had the head since last June, but he admits, as hes semi retired,  it will be a while yet so, watch this space.

Clearly it's significantly more expensive to get 160HP from a 14 than 240 from a b-king.

I think their dyno figures are somewhat optimistic for the B-King, Boris was up around the 180-185 bhp mark with his 1700 kit, which is none too shabby. It can be done a whole lot cheaper than the prices quoted too.

Not recently, spoke to him on FB a while back, its a bit of a trek to his workshop from north Lincolnshire tbh.
