Hello Kja , glad to see you here and that your big bore project is going ahead

It is yes, ideally I'd have liked to have been further on with it, but I'm at the mercy of others so I have to be patient.

Rog has done another head for John MacLean/Warpspeed, every trick in the book, big valkves 34mm inlets and 30mm exhaust valves, a comptetition port and flow, he says never again though, too much work.

Surely as he's done one it would now be easier and cheaper todo a second or third ?

I'm thinking he means the cost v any real gains, he's spent hours on it, literally, he reckons oversize inlets are possibly worth the hassle, not necessarily the exhaust valves. Will let you kno more when I see him next.

You know it makes sense to do it, Seth   :mwink:

I'm nearly there, just some high tensile cylinder studs and nuts and gaskets. I'm on with the gaskets though Cometic will make the head and base gaskets to suit, still sorting the details though. The only other task to have sorted before I start the build is I want the crank/rods/pistons balancing, I'm junking the balancer shaft, I've found a place to do it, just sorting the details at the moment.
