Hi all,

I live in Victoria BC Canada.....I have always wanted a GSX1400...figured joining here might get me closer to my goal....

Bikes I currently own are...
1980 GS1000S (Wes Cooley)
1980 GS750E
2016 DR650S
2012 K1300R (Carbon Fibre SE)

Welcome along Trevorf.
Nice stable of bikes you got there. That GS1000 is a beauty. Sharp looking man cave too  :onya:
Best of luck finding a 14 that fits the bill.
Cheers from Down Under
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Gidday & welcome Trevor. Magnificent looking cave you've got there.  A 14 in that stable would fit very nicely.  Good luck with importing one, as mentioned in the other post, give Stan (Globalrider) a yell.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Some time back me and the (then wife, now ex) did a trip around BC - lovely place.

I might add that you Canadians do set out to confuse people.

Vancouver is NOT the capital of BC as may assume. The capital is of course Victoria.

Victoria is on Vancouver Island. But Vancouver isn't - it's on the mainland.   :confused1:

And Victoria Island is right the way up the top and nothing to do with either :)

...and then the Winged Hussars arrived.

If you are going to run out of fuel, do it in your garage.

It's only a short walk to the kettle.

Welcome Trevorf!
I like that GS 1000S. I rode 200 000 km with my GS 1000G during 25 years. Great bike.
