I really don't know what to do with them Mike. Maybe restore one & just get the one closest to original going but keeping the patina.

Doesn't the term patina relate to brass, copper & bronze?  the green tinge it gets, & the result of the same process on iron or steel is rust?

Just tends to refer to 'looking it's age' when about classic cars n bikes.

Bought some 5mm stainless spacers for mounting the cooler guard to my new radiator..
Ebay does seem to have everything !

Today i bought 8 litres of house paint. House all re painted so now have to do shed to match. What an exciting weekend to look fwd to.

Bought a secondhand workshop manual for the 14 off Trade Me.....its like Ebay .
Would like to freshen up the forks.
And l do like pictures.

I brought some T15 wedge LED bulbs to try out in the 5th wheeler. It runs lots of these for interior lighting & they get quite hot, sometimes enough to start melting the plastic covers.  LED should run cooler. 
Brought 2 x 4000k & 2 x 6000k to see which 'colour' I prefer & each fitting has 2 bulbs in it.  I'll need about 24 of them @ $11 each when I swap them out, so want to make sure I get it right first time.
