WORD OF ADVISE (IF YOU HAVNT CHECKED PLEASS DO SO )

At the start of the yesr i purchased a spare swing arm to have a lower brace fitted , to find out the pivot tube had a crack in it . So i thought no prob i will buy a second , i asked the seller are there any cracks in pivot tube , they replied no i recieved swing arm to find another crack , i recently found out that due to the low down torque on a 14 this is a common fault .so please if you havnt ckecked please do so i will enclose pics

You do need to post in every thread
But your warning was well worth noting .
Do you know what ages the swingarms are or rough idea of mileages on them as that would be very useful info too.

That's quite worrying.
Mine was ok the last time I looked at it about 18 months ago when I rebuilt the bike.
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!
