There's a bloke here in CHCH that rides his scoot with his legs straight out the side as he's going along, shoes just skimming the road. Full speed too, 60- 70k's!   Seen him several times & not just after he starts, just leaves his legs down & straight out.   Absolute nit wit (for want of a more accurate / printable term)
