Just made a Pie

A fab pie as it turns out.  Bacon & Egg!   9 Eggs, 1Kg (2lb) Bacon, 1 large onion, bit of grated tasty cheese & a sprinkle of chilli just under the top crust.  Absolutely YUM!  Tomorrow nights tea, we're on the road again, but had to try it once it came out of the oven, Quality Control n all.

Well, it is 'The Cafe' section all said & done.

@Notty, No, we'll share it for tea tonight whilst driving. There'll be some left over for a morning tea snack Saturday.

@ARH, actually, there were 3 'sample' pieces out of there.  Mrs had one & I had one, me being quite particular about quality n all, I had to double check my original findings. (I was correct the first time btw)

@Tug, I don't think it'll pass quarrantine restrictions allowing food into overseas countries, best it stays local - sorry

I've got some work to do on the Yam 700 quad, I'll need a bite ready made when the Mrs brings me a coffee.  I'm not allowed back inside the 5th wheeler when I'm dirty / got greasy mits.
