great fun on a dirt bike!!

Yes. It's great fun on a dirt bike, IF and IF the dirt bike is your toy. I have had eight dirt bikes  from Honda CR 125 to Husqvarna CR 500, and it is fun.
But when you have to ride all your daily rides, commuting, shopping etc. and 20 kms of highway every time in all weathers, it isn't fun every time..

My dad used to ride to work in the snow. Last bike l temember him doing that on was a Bultaco Trials bike. Chigwell to Gants Hill. About 50 birthdays ago.
Good fun he reckoned, no one else on the road.

A couple of weeks ago I visited the Birds of Prey Centre Wales. It's based near Carmarthen within the National Botanic Garden Wales.
We watched a display of various birds being flown to the lure outside. Obviously I had my camera with me and decided to tryand get some "Action" shots. I was rather pleased with the results as were the people running the place. I've given permission for them to use my photo's as long as they credit me with the image..They have done so with a couple already

If you are in the area then this place is well worth a visit!

Went to a bird of prey show as part of a medieval pageant years ago and the poor chap let his bird off to fly around and it just flew off, saw him hours later still looking in the trees for it.  They are beautiful creatures but they should be left in the wild.

These birds are either rescued or born in captivity..Not snatched from the wild
