Euro/UK model indicators

I'm looking for original chrome indicators to Yamaha XJR 1300 SP '01. They are hard to find as a second hand parts.
I can find some Euro model indicators and some UK model indicators, but not all four of the same set.
Does anybody know what is the difference of Euro/UK model? Bulb type, watts, lenses???
Is that the same thing in GSX parts?
