Ive thought long and hard of going on my GTR1400.  hitting in in 2 days flat from Cambs, day at the race and then 2 days ride back.  maybe even do the whole thing in 4 days and push myself.

Ive been looking on Groupon for the massively discounted tickets but they aint come up so now i recon its a tad too late to just set off and turn up, no ticket and no digs.

shame - the GTR is an epic tourer (sorry to swear on here)  i once did 1000 miles in 24 hrs on the GSX and spent 2 days thinking id been run over!

i didn't have enough time to take the bike Mrg so we flew in yesterday .
it a ling way from anywhere to northeast scotland.
it was 24°c when we arrived and still 15°c at 11 pm after a long day (up at 4am in scotland) when we wondered off to bed.
woke at 8am today still not a cloud in the sky happy days .
