Red honda 4, my legs shake. just beautiful. spent many ks on lots of those bikes in pics. kawa 900, my legs skake for a different reason, can remember tank slapping at 160 ks, downhill into a big sweeper. mongrel bikes. look pretty. thats all.

Love that Z1R-TC.

Had one on my wish list for many years.
I bid on one once but it had awful non-standard paint and still went for silly money.

Museum!!! That's shocking

I'm still riding my Z1300, in fact I have just brought it back from its 30th annual MOT test this morning with a pass and no advisories :)

Kawasaki is bringing the Z1 back.

I was not aware of this one, it could be interesting to see what a modern specification retro bike looks like.

I can't possibly justify having a fifth bike though.....

Can I?

Why not, I'm considering a fifth, but it wont be a jap.

Yes, just another evolution of the current Z650 / Z900 previous Z1000 range.
A few styling changes and a coat of paint. At least when Suzuki did it with the GSX1400 they went BIG, not a tame replica of once great 1100.

The original big Zeds were brutes, something special, class leaders, stand out bikes. I'd love a retro styled "Thug" bike based more on the ZX14R / ZZR1400.

Another Trumpet Mick?

Not from the current range, if they stuck the 1200 engine in a large roadster frame with no fairing I'd be interested.  I am thinking more along the lines of a Ducati Monster.
