I did the online change of owner for the Bandit on Wednesday and fook me if the new registration docs were delivered yesterday

Most folk over here in the UK will know delays and issues with the DVLA but this is a great turnaround . . . . . . oh ans saved me the price of a stamp

The new online service is brilliant. When I sold my 14, did the change of owner online, 2 days later refund for unused tax and notification of owner changed. Brilliant service!

Yes - I had to renew my DL a while back and it was a very fast turn around!

They have probably out sourced the service to some company in the Phillipines....... 
Like Telecom does here !!
