ARH

An emotive topic given the consequences.... and I respect the point of view that hands free should be banned but....... where do you draw the line?  For me this is more about driver training than restricting stuff like this.  How many people do we see eating and drinking while driving?  Listening to loud music?  Having a heated conversation with a passenger?  Berating kids in the back seat?  Dogs in the car?  The list goes on and on... and every single one of these is an event that can distract you from driving.   For sure if you tried to ban all of the above, the civil libertarians will be jumping up and down shouting foul!

Only sayin....  :hat:

Red Biker

This is the wreck of a real incident, the Police use it on road shows to show people what can happen if you lose concentration, the 2 people in the car and the biker were all killed!

Many a Donkey has lost its hoof on the rocky road, don't be that Donkey!

froudy

I don't think she was on her phone, but lapse of concentration and she "U" turned out of a layby right in front of me...And YES it did hurt!!!
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!

One of the policemen on "police Camera Action" was killed the other day at a road junction, did'nt give details but he was on a police bike.  Even a skilled profesional can get caught out.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick
