I have had both hips replaced and lower spine and neck fused .. I've heard Knee surgery is on the high side of ouch ..

Got the grass mowed today as its nice here in the Horowhenua (Levin). Bikes' ready for a fang in the morning .Gas up at 0900 and I'm off.
