Hooli says the same, if you get them red hot this just re-anneals them, does the trick. I've done it, no leaks
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Batkwaka

I actually bought a watch after about 35 years. I generally don't wear watches (skinny wrists) but the motorcycle training needs me to keep on a tight timeline and constantly getting my phone out seems rude so I bought an Apple Watch ⌚️. Has some great features that I might eventually use but best of all, it keeps the time.
May the sun be warm & shining and your roads be smooth & winding.

Eric, cherry red and dunk in cold water. Told should be done to even new ones. I wont.

Snapey

The things you do for your kids. Number 3 son has just started in his own landscaping business & my old 7 x 4 wasn't cutting the mustard so I bought this to help him along.

If you look like your passport photo then you're too sick to travel.

Only 3 more plants today.
Not much but I'm trying to put something in every week.
I think that's 60 I've put in recently.
I think it's going to be several years work at this pace !
(Not that it'll ever really be finished)

Planting for a windbreak, wildlife, and some colour.

If you can get that Bougainvillea to grow it looks amazing when in flower. Loads of it in Spain. I picked up a plant from Lidl earlier this year and it's flowered ok, but it's not really suited to our cold wet climate.
This has reminded me to get it back indoors before the first winter frosts get at it and kill it.
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!

There's some real big ones around here, great colours.
That one is a "mini" and only gets to about 1.2m which is fine for where I've put it.

They do grow quite well around here....

Just never try to prune one without body armour. Vicious thorns.

The Barbed Wire Bush !

When I moved here I rented a place with an overgrown one in the front yard. I thought "no problem, I'll trim it back and chuck it in the Ute"

Another bad one is Yucca. Its spiny pointed leaves fit perfectly in our ears, pierce ear drum. Have a big one about to cut down.

Anything introduced to Australia becomes a pest, that's why I had to leave.
