Got one a while back, hated it as it just got in the way of cog swapping, was ok so long as you didn't change gear lol
Question everything

Yeah. I went through a whole range of various throttle supports and cruise controls etc. I just found them annoying. I've had a couple of bikes with proper cruise control which I absolutely love, but after market add ons to rest your grip etc I just couldn't get on with.

Funny how we're all different. I wouldnt be without my rocker, makes life easy, never bothers me. So while we're all listening ill just reco some tyres, oil n brake pads. Surely we all use the same.  :rofl2:

Hooli

I carve my own brake pads from old bits of pine, there's no stopping me when I'm saving money.

Today just GSX 750 Inazuma from 1999 with 22 thousand km on clock in great condition.

More posts, more gate hinges, more Rapid Set concrete, more plants. Started on the orchard / veggie garden area now.

I've binned the wrist rocker , it did nothing for me it was only £3 so no great loss

The missus went online and bought "me" a leather reconditioning kit for "my" detailing stuff.

And apparently it has NOTHING to do with the fact she recently commented the lounge suite could do with a spruice up, it's only because the leather seats n the car need a clean.

Yep, ok.....

I'm with you Mike, whenever my missus says "I've been thinking" I know I'll be painting, tiling, building or spending money on something I don't really want or need.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Another two x 5500 gallon tanks for the new shed, to add to the 4 x 5000 gallon ones we already have.
31,000 gallons = 141,000 ltrs!
If we were careful it's about a years worth without rain topping them up. In reality it means a long shower or watering the garden isn't an issue even without having mains water.

One thing I've always aimed for is to steer towards off grid, but without having to compromise. Sort of off the grid but to a town level of comfort. Bottled gas seems to be lasting ages, water now sorted, internet OK, septic is fine, PO Box in town, rubbish to the local tip free of charge. Slowly getting there. Power will be the big one but that's a way off yet.

Those wrist rockers take a bit of getting used to. I loved mine when doing all my motorway commuting.
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!

I just bought an Atlas throttle lock. I will fit it on the weekend. They look like a well made product.

Hope you like it, not a cheap price tag.
