Hi All,
At the moment I am thinking about thinking of another GSX....
No unfortunately not Sophie (my old bike) as the current owner is very pleased with her (and so he should be).
I have my eye on a very nice 2008 model..
I have contacted the seller and have yet to hear back from him.
Its possible its no longer for sale of course!

we shall see..

Hi All,
The guy who owns the 08 Bike I am interested in is away on a cruise till late Thursday..
He e-mailed me to say several people are interested in his bike and he will "add me to the list"! I would say out of the dozens I have looked at that his is my preffered choice.

A close 2nd is another 08 GSXI have spotted at a dealership (Low miles and un molested) and I decided to put a £100 (refundable) deposit on it to hold it till the weekend.
By then I should know if the original bike is sold or not.

Soooo
Its looking pretty likely that before too long I shall be back in the clan, one way or another.

So does that mean in thr space of two posts, you are a) back in the fold as it were and b) potentially  the owner of possibly 2 08 GSX1400s....?

So welcome back again, again, again, again and again.....

PS: it's forum etiquette to introduce yourself.....

:stir:
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Hi
My names Simon and I am soooo very new to this forum.
No doubt I will be asking noob questions in the coming months.
So please bare with me as I know nothing about anything at anytime.
I've never ridden before and this will be my very first bike ever!!😳
Do I need a full license for one of these?
I'm thinking it can't be that much different to the Raleigh Chopper I used to own (the dangerous orange one that did wheelies)😬

I'd suggest starting out on a primer edition, they are so slow even the factory got bored of them - hence the lack of paint. You'll be safer on one of them & gradually work up to a B/W.

Welcome back Simon, good to see you've learnt from your mistake.  :whistling:
