"Attention Tower, Flight Busa01 requesting permission to land"  "busa01, this is Flight Tower, permission granted, cleared for runway 211"..."copy Tower, I have on my ILS...."
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

For those in and around the South East of Queensland we did a loop yesterday from Goodna via Esk, Hampton to Toowoomba and had brunch at Cafe Valletta I can highly recommend this establishment. Brisbane cafes could learn some lessons from their country cousins. The best service, coffee & food certainly in Toowoomba 🥇🥇🥇
We headed back via Silver Pinch road through Flagstone Creek this is simply a stunning scenic road 👍 You must concentrate & brake hard on downhill sections however it's well worth the effort 😁😁

I'm never far from the coast.

KiwiCol

Being from a small island nation, I'm never far from the sea either, I just can't imagine what it'd be like to be a landlocked country & never having seen the sea.

We don't have as many historical spots that @Rynglieder enlightens us about. However South East Queensland has beaches & mountains in abundance & spectacular scenery 🥇🥇🥇
We are certainly blessed for motorcycle riding adventures 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Today.
Only 302K's (188 miles), not great roads or weather but still nice to be out and about.

Quick trip around the Southern Gulf Islands and Victoria BC - perfect weather
Overnight in my brother's stable!
I need to go somewhere I've not been but won't know until I get there!

Out with two mates today, as they wanted a scenic route home from where they'd gone to visit another lass with a 14 yesterday.

I did a minor tweak on my 14 in the pub car park, I'd guessed the fast idle mech setting when I rebuilt it & it was holding the idle speed up. Tank off to turn a screw one turn... sorted it though. Still getting the FI light at times but she's fully rideable which is a big improvement.

I got asked to take the yellow one out to listen to a clunky noise, only a dry chain but it came back with no chicken strips

If boys will go to Belgium on their own, then someone has to show their lasses decent roads eh?

Oh & finished the day with a gallon of ice water at one of their houses with her son's 14 parked in front of me too.

Early ride this morning before it got too hot.
Filled up with 4 star got me all the way to Uluru.

KiwiCol

Hmmm, a tad greener than I'd of thought for that area, but there ya go, sometimes I'm just proven wrong - again.

@GSXKING
Sure, it's our version of it called Slemish, St. Patricks old stomping ground. Not as big as Uluru but at least it doesn't have snakes.

Eric GSX1400K3

Have the indigenous population reclaimed your uluru as well then? Maybe to grow potatoes on it?

The indigenous person Saint Patrick turns out to be a POMME, that's probably why he herded sheep there.
