Early signs of a property slump coming here too. For Lease signs are going up in industrial area's, then progress to For Sale. Hope they don't progress to Mortgagee Sale. Residential properties all went to auction last year and many still do but starting to see a few prices listed now.
On average used to take nine days to sell a property now it's out to 38. The property press is also starting to fatten up again.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Living the dream Tony!  :onya:

A few more nightmares than dreams in the last 10 months since we started building but we're slowly getting there. Even after many years around the building trade it's been a bigger drama than predicted but a lot of the industry is in the same boat. Material price rises, lack of tradies, Covid, floods and more, the whole industry was in chaos at the same time the government started handing out rural home build grants and other incentives to add pressure to the trade.

Sheds are both done except for the power, Just need to finish the house now.,
