Yeti, prob very good but 3rd Gear have great options far cheaper. Got mine from them , no probs. Yeah, those Golf sure can move. https://www.thirdgear.com.au/parts/lights/indicators/

Yetiman

Thanx @grog , I'll have a look just out of interest what ones did you get mate.

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

The best indicators I fitted to any of my bikes were Rizoma. Stupidly expensive, but very bright even in full sunlight and they still work after 15 years!.
The quality of a lot of aftermarket indicators leaves a lot to be desired to be honest. There is some real expensive but nasty tat out there.

Don't forget to change the 7 pin relay to an LED compatible one otherwise they won't flash at the required rate. I tried ballast resistors on the GSX14 and they didn't work. Relay swap every time as it's plug n play.

PS. Oberon make quality items too :onya:
Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups!

Hooli

Talking of relays.

I carry the original under the seat too as it also does the starter & I'd rather have no indicators than need to bump start it should the thing fail.

Yetiman

Yeah mate already got the 7-pin relay ready to go...
I had the Oberon indicators on my Bking for 11yrs and they were still like new but will give these Derby one's a go hopefully there good ..

Yetiman

Yeah will do @Hooli Thanx for the tip mate,
I seen on one of your past post's it also operates the starter...

grog

Yeti, nothing new from me, was gonna advise what Hooli already has, spare relay under seat. I got little cheap arse ones, work fine, easy to see, so far good. I prefer the look to stockers, others dis agree.Cost nothing, if they stuff up, have another go. My Mate followed me in daylight, all good he said.

Yeah Eric they look quite good and not a bad price,
There an Alloy body too not plastic.

Yetiman

There a bargain for that price grog.
They look alright too.
