    cannot seem to source a replacement camshaft position sensor for my 1400 anybody out there with a website site thingy many thanks

Number 3 on this page for early bikes, Just go back through the options to find the later one.

Then try the part number with other places, Flowers in Bristol seems good on prices lately when I've looked.

ETA Part number as it turns out to be the same for all years.

Keep searching part number Mate, fits all sorts, outboards, cars, bikes. Postage from anywhere should be cheap.

yeah Fowlers have them £112 + vat ooooch

there are 3 different ones tho

As Grog says, put that part number into Ebay (or similar) and you get plenty of options from USD29 up.  Same part number is used over many platforms.
