Hi, Can anyone post a link to where I can buy a set of 25 mm Front Lowering Pegs.
I see lots of cheap nasty looking ones on eBay that are only 75 mm wide .
I am looking for some more solid-looking 100 mm wide Pegs that step down 25 mm approx.
but are the same width as the standard pegs.
I do stand up while riding to stretch the legs now and then so I need a strong well made set of Pegs
Any ideas   cheers Phil

Mate, lowering pegs would worry me, ground clearance. I often wear edges off my boots with standard pegs. I also stand up often to relieve hips, doesnt worry me with stockers. 25 mm down, im not sure that would be a good idea. Just my opinion.

Whilst they are around, I don't think they are advertised much (if at all) for the 14 these days - I'd suggest by looking at ones for the Bandit/ SV650 / SV1000 and seeing if any of those are likely to fit, if not, other Suzuki models such as the B-King. I'd imagine that footrests from that era were much of a muchness hence if they do lowering kits for other models such as the bandit, you may get lucky.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

I'm sure that back on the old org someone had success lowering the front footrests using parts from a buel but I can't remember what they used or off what model
Good luck and please port your results here .

Rings a bell with me too Seth.

I think someone else make a bracket to go behind the heel plates & give you mounting points as much lower as you wanted. No idea on issues with the rear master cylinder etc though, I'd suspect that can't move down due to the frame around it.

Thinking about it, I believe Lucky13 went for rearsets & said they gave him more legroom too. Obviously a sportier riding position too.

I had some for my b king a couple of years ago now,,they were the buell set ,,lowered them by 20 /25 mm...not sure if they would work on the 14 though..I still have them somewhere in storage,,,unfortunately you are a long way away...

Tried it on mine and couldn't make it work, brake lever and sidestand were the main culprits from memory, ended up raising the seat height with thicker, denser foam and handlebar risers, now the most comfortable bike I've owned
