Gauges

I have just brought a 2006 gsx1400. It has a problem with a the gauges. The rev counter is wrong and the Red line is 12k. While it seems to work the speedo is out but 20kph @ 100kph and the neutral light comes up for the fi light and indicator is the neutral light and the oil light comes up as the high beam. I don't know what's going on or if some one have changed the internals or what. I'm trying to find a set to put on and try to see if it's because they are wrong. Any help would be great.
