Alternative fenda-extenda

Made this stuff last year, but the weather was against me for paint as I do all mine in the back garden!!
This last week was nice & warm & calm enough for spraying so I let rip.

Ive been toying with a similar idea - I was going to bond my existing extender to the mudguard and then fill and paint - is this what you did

My fenda extenda was made of plastic, and it melted, when it got a little bit too much heat from exhaust system. The next one is made of silicone rubber or stailess steel.

Yes Del, thats exactly what I did, but then I used it to make a grp mould, this way, I can now make as many one-piece units as I want.
