These arrived this morning, so now I have a spare pair to go under my seat for that day when you say "oh bugger".

KiwiCol

You want to put them on Tally, and put the originals under the seat.  Bit more shiney bling, but std.  :onya:
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

I started carrying spares after snapping one at the pivot when away, never dropped it again since...

Sorry to spoil the party guys, but I see no point in adding even more weight to an already heavy bike by carrying spare parts! Where do you draw the line? If I ever get stranded due to bits falling off or failing, I`ll just call my insurance company and they`ll get me home. Thats what I pay them big money for..... :stir:

I missed a day in Ireland as I couldn't get to the ferry, so it makes sense to me.

If you do 15 miles, park up to pose & go home then there wouldn't be any point  :stir:

I absolutely agree with your last point Hooli  :onya:

Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

You saw how much I packed the first time I went camping on a bike then?

Tally

That's a good idea @KiwiCol . I will change them over that way I will know what to do if I break one and I will also know which tools I will need if I haven't already got them in my toolkit. Cheers  :onya: :onya:

Hooli

10mm spanner & flat headed screwdriver from memory.
