Post as many as you like, as often as you like. We'll keep this thread going.

Pictures along with name of bike - required.

Explanation -  optional.

Having Fun -  compulsory !

OK I'll start:

Triumph Hurricane  (that 70's swoop - and those pipes)

Benelli Sei.  (that sound ! and because everyone else has a Honda CBX)

Laverda Jota  (because sexy)

Classic, albeit predictable, Ducati 750SS 'green frame'.

Norton Commando 961   (because fun)

Norton V4RR  (because insane)

Moto Guzzi MGS-01  (because closest they have ever got to a proper sports bike, since the original Le Mans)

Ritmo Sereno Moto Guzzi Le Mans cafe racer.  (because uber cool!)

Now THAT's what I'm talking about !!!!!!
Ottomans: 'Hippity hoppity, Vienna's our property"
...and then the Winged Hussars arrived.

Remember my first camping trip on a bike. Was most likely 15, we went to Whitianga, big trip on a trail bike. Well we had just put the tent up when a Triumph Hurricane pulls in and he starts putting his tent up next to us. Same colour as the one in your photo.
It was just stunning....... a bit like his missus.
Another great day on the right side of the grass.😎

Unfortunately Honda wouldn't let me keep this one.
If you look like your passport photo then you're too sick to travel.

It's not a nice bike, there is something magnificent in it's look

If I could afford it Kiwi it would just sit behind a glass screen in my hallway

Well for me it is this the ZRX1200 Daeg - love these bikes - sold my 2006 Eddie Lawson rep to fund a Hayabusa - and its the only bike that I have ever regretted selling but in the process of an extensive rebuild of a 1998 1100

1975 i had a 500 kawa. much nicer than the photo. a time bomb standard. i built expansion chambers for it, pulled the ports out 2mm, fitted 550 suzuki pistons. you could choose disc brake front end with points, mine was that. or drum with cdi ignition. faster had worse brakes. wtf. to ride was amazing, scariest ive ever owned. totally didnt handle.after engine mods, no power at all below 4k revs. 5k it sort of moved. 6k it exploded until 7500. then the points bounced, flames out exhaust. never had power measured but was lots. front wheel up, adrenalin plus. was going to fit cdi ignition, never got there. wouldve revved to maybe 9k then. exploded, maybe. my mates rode it, never again they said. one mate still talks about it. today, yep, id love to have it in shed. one more bit, it held 15 litres of fuel, once ran out below 80ks. works out to around 14mpg.

After a ride yesterday with my daughter the idea of something a little cruise with a bit more room is an attractive idea.
