@Johno

How's the shed going?
What model did you buy (size wisae) and how big / heavy was the box/es it came in?

I just got an SMS to day that my shed will arrive tomorrow (my birthday) and I need to figure out where they can put it,

Vlad,

I got a Skillion roof garden shed 2.25m x 1.51m with 2.14 height.

70 kg but a flat pack with panels that pack together very neatly. See my first photo in my previous post.

The driver rang me when he was 10 minutes away and asked where I wanted it placed.

I've assembled the panels and will complete the assembly next weekend.

The instructions are very good, read them thoroughly. I used plastic tables as work horses.

My cordless drill battery rang out of charge two thirds through the day. I should have put it on charge at lunch time.

Two people could assemble my shed in less than a day.

I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

Thanks @Johno

You forget Mrs Vlad?  They'll tell you they do the work of 2 people, so surely she could bang a shed together in next to no time, with your assistance of course. Then you could take her out for a belated your birfday.

Oh & Happy Birthday Mike.

I'm only 1 people.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

Where about in North Wales?  Sounds like the good old Brunstrom days... Myself and few mates once got stopped at a "check point" years ago; they were checking plates, exhausts and visors.  We were given a slip of paper to show that we'd been stopped if we came across another check point!  My recent experience was that they were more forgiving with bikers these days?

Today I bought a pair of half nuts to lock my indicators in place and an original (2nd hand) rear brake torque arm as my aftermarket one fits , but not as well as oem. Also a pair of rear brake reservoir screws as on of mine as completely rusted over and for the love of it I can't get a screwdriver in it to undo it. The alternative is to either drill it out , or with a small punch tap it to undo it. I'll try the punch first and see what happens.

Hooli

Put a flat bladed screwdriver that's a bit narrower than the slot in & tap it firmly with a hammer, that'll undo them 9 times out of 10.

Probably patrolling more due to the traffic, lots of people going up Snowdon and leaving their cars parked all over the place.  Best thing to do in North Wales is to stay away from the A5 as much as possible.

Well, it didn't arrive on Wednesday but the shed did turn up today in two flat packs. (3.75 long shed so more panels)
Bugger now I have work to do on the weekend....

The courier man was busy today as he delivered all my bits that I have ordered. Checked them all over and the only thing that's wrong are the half nuts which should be 14mm and they have sent 17mm, just waiting on my adapter cables now which are coming from Slovakia of all places.

Are those the scrolling aldiwanker indicators?

If so I've never seen a set of them you can actually see when following a bike at a sensible distance.
