Headlight Again

Been happy with my LED globe for a while now. Just want better high beam, otherwise good. Mate has one of these, very good light. Full spill on low, very good high beam. JW Speaker and Stedl more than twice the price. Would this look stupid on a 14, im not sure i want that look. Grog, I reckon that would look cool, especially with blacked out engine, black calipers and then the rest in naturally occurring blue and white Suzuki fast colour scheme.  Just my 2c.

Personally I went with the LED bulb upgrade rather than a new light of that kind, because it fits better with the retro-naked look of our bikes.

My $0.02

If you get a modern light, you might as well then get a modern digital dash.. and before you know it you've spent a ton of cash when you should have just bought a new bike.

Having said that, I am often no good at following my own advice, so there's no reason you should.

Have a look at the thread on my 14 with the headlight conversion.  Same seller where I bought my LED headlight from has the black surround headlight as well as the chrome style I bought.. I'm very happy with my headlight.

Thanks Blue, ive looked yours over a few times. Prob have to do same with one i was looking at. All i want is plug n play, maybe just save the bucks for Stedl. Not on my top priority list, just always bugs me.

Think it looks good on a 14 but not everbody has the same taste. Have had mine for a couple of years now and still am happy with the amount of light. Company called LEDPerf sells complete sets with chrome and black, with or without halo or blinkers

Ive decided to go back to halogen, keep same look. Ordered +200 Phillips Race Vision, 46 bucks for two . Same at local shop is over $100. Power Bulbs, no idea where theyre located. Thanks for help/advice fellas.

Globes arrived today, great service/price from Power Bulbs UK. Way under price locally. Will take LED out tomorrow, let you know results. High beam from LED is hopeless, low beam very good. These are legal, LED wasnt.
