You better get back here before I have to trade the 1400 on a mobility scooter.

KiwiCol

That looks mint condition alright, someone will get a real nice 14 with that.
😎  Always looking for the next corner.  😎

DP1400

6 owners, less than 12k miles?? Mmmmm, approach with caution. That one`s history could make very interesting reading, or, it could be bargain of the year! :whistling:

Hooli

14s attract some odd low mileage owners. I know mine's history goes -

1st owner, sold it at 120miles! must have opened the throttle & shit themselves I guess.
2nd owner did 1k a year for 7 years.
Then I got it & it's done a few* more miles since.

Tally

I'm the second owner of mine , the first owner sold it after 600 miles, it's now on 15&1/2 k, like your 2nd owner @Hooli  I do about a thousand miles a year on average. Back in the day when I was a courier it was a 1000 miles a week minimum. :onya:

Big Phil

Looks like it sold yesterday! Didn't hang around long as you would expect at that price. Does make you wonder why if it was in such fantastic condition you would let it go for at least £1500 to £2,000 less than it would appear to be worth🤔

DP1400

Its a crazy world when a '14 like that can be bought for less money than some muppets are paying for a Fizzy! :rofl2:

Hooli

Some crap old moped thing from the 70s. Yam FZ50 or something like that, basicly a bit of crap idiots are buying because they remember having one as their first bike.

Thanks Hooli, had no clue. Id like to buy my first registered bike. 1952 VH Red Hunter Ariel 500. Wouldnt be cheap now.

Daytona

A fizzie was a Yamaha fs1e ,I had one at 16 ,gave us young uns our freedom,,pisses me off when I see them selling at 6 grand, mine was £225 brand new on the road in 1975...

GSXKING

Well $6K now, working backwards with deflation probably equates to around $100  :stir: :stir: :stir:
