Welcome to the forum Hightower,  at 6'8" you will probably need to look at getting the seat reprofiled to add a couple of inches to it.  I'm 6'3" and had my seat raised by 2" and it's much better.

Be free to ask about seat and pegs mods for better legroom, I am 6"7 and did some mods to make it more comfy.

Yep. Added about 4cm of foam to the front end of my 14.

Fits my 203 cm and 107kg body just fine. (38 inch inseam pants ) no issues with the stock position of the foot pegs.

For you it might be different

Welcome Hightower - the `14 seat height is surprisingly low, even I find it so, i`m 5`9", so you may well have to consider a mod or two as described above.
