This is a mad world a Cykik. When I was a boy had I nicked a bike and fallen off my injuries would of been the least of my worries. Once my parents found out they would of bloody well killed me. But not before dragging me down to the to the local Police station to offer my most humble apology and selling off all my worldly possessions to try and compensate the owner of the bike.

Little fucker (or his parents) should have to pay for any damages to the bike as well, not the insurance company who will load you up next year for claiming.

@ DP1400 . Therein lies the problem, quietly applauding should be replaced with wild celebration. Its a vocal minority that think we should only see things their way

We went through a few years here in Vic where the cops weren't even allowed to chase the thieving pricks, carjacking, home invasions to get keys and cop car ramming went through the roof, thankfully they have been given the green light to shoot to kill again and miraculously things have quietened down.
