Ducati use a specific D type Pirelli rosso 3 for the monster, apparently they have stronger side wall to the standard tyre, when I had a shop around the price is no different though.
Keep the rubber side down.          Mick

The Goodyears I've ordered are reinforced sidewalls, good job really on a 1.8t car. A lot of the tyres on offers at the right size were run flats, which it shouldn't have & I don't want. I could have got the modern version of the OE tyre (P-Zeros_ but there where £35 more a corner & I'm sure Goodyears will be good enough as to me it's a better make than Pirelli.

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Porsche have their own N rated Tyres as well and I am told that without the N Tyres Porsche won't do the extended warrant on the Car if you want it ,supposedly the Tyres are different , but I had a set of non N 's on mine at one stage as there weren't any N's in stock  and couldn't tell the difference

Not tyres but brakes. Yesterday we did a whole brake renewal Porsche Cayenne. Bill ended at $2500. Porsche had quoted nearly 10g. Amazing quote. They sure need good brakes, so bloody quick.

steve porter

they sprinkle everything with porsche pfuffell dust which quadruples the price of everything

Huge brake pads on Cayenne
Hey @grog  check these buggers, and the GT3 weighs the best part of a ton less than a Cayenne

grog

Huge alright, must stop on demand with light weight. We have a gt3 rs991 that comes to work, is that same as yours. Not allowed to drive that one, think its a track only car, not sure.

Bought new tyre gauge not long ago. Tried on bike first time today. 19psi in rear. Thought it was a dud until i found nail. New Angel coming up. Bugger.
