Been searching for a digital tyre inflator for a while. Snap On/Bluepoint and Wurth are great. We have each brand at work, just make life easy. So easy to do bike tyres. I kept searching as they are around $110. Results were, just a generic Chinese made, re labelled for each brand. Accuracy is spot on, quality is also. Purchased the no name, exact same thing, Off EBay $21. Sure is a mark up for brand names.
Grog, hi, care to share the link, been looking for one of those too. Currently I'm using old trusty spring loaded pencil type gauge.
I try to take one day at a time, however sometimes several days catch up with me at once.

@Eric GSX1400K3 , this is my digital tyre inflator, cannot for the life of me think where I bought it, but being me it wouldn't have been expensive, gotta get a new battery for it as it's flat.

I just pulled the trigger on an LG 55" OLED 4K TV.  Was $450 off the RRP so got it for $2500 (not cheap by any means but an awesome TV)
Should be delivered on Saturday  :boogie:

Finally pulled the trigger on a basic Dremel with extension cable and a small polishing kit. Also bought some paint stripper and thinners as well as some Loctite 243 for the stator bolts (?). Plan to polish my new brand new side covers after stripping off the lacquer and maybe start to work on the fiddly areas of the forks as well. Aiming for chrome like polish.

Wasn't sure if I was going to use paint stripper or rub the clear paint off with a scourer and thinners. Probably go for the paint stripper to make sure I get it all off. Thinners will come in handy for other things I'm sure.

Cordless sander.
Did I need it? No. Just wanted :)

First impression, wired one I have, is more comfortable to hold in hands (designed for 2 hand usage).

Got the same Dremel, not too bad, but suited better to smaller jobs i reckon.  The cutting discs are good, as are the sanding wheels, but I still managed to go through the wire brushes and little drill bit really quickly.  Grip is comfy and the long extension piece is great for really close work

New tyres and tubes only 32 quid.

Hooli

That reminds me, I need to fit the new inner tubes in my push bike too & consider getting it a rear tyre at some point.

What happened to doing all the polishing by hand? I seem to remember this as your reply a month ago when I suggested you use a Dremel.

"Never ever heard of a dremel and what are these buffs of which you speak? One slip with a dremel and the part is ruined. I know this from experience so I hand sand and polish everything including the stuff I polish for a living. But thanks. Sarcasm is appreciated in the spirit in which I chose to receive it."

BTW, just use paint stripper although the shit you get these days is pretty useless.
If you look like your passport photo then you're too sick to travel.
