I get your point about not having a lay up. I will do the clutch and brake fluid when I do the front pads.
Will put the spanners over it. Doing a Track Day on Sunday so will give it a birthday first.
Seems like the general consensus is they are pretty bullet proof.
Which is one of the reasons I bought it in the first place.  :grin:

bulletproof, but still love tlc. aiways something to change, polish , adjust. just makes me feel good.

I just finished the forks with a seal/slider kit & new oil. The oil was two years old with less than 40,000kms and it was putrid.

So in future, rather than going by the book & changing the oil every two years I'll now go by mileage and change it at 20,000kms instead.

Every 2 years if you don't do high mileage.
If you look like your passport photo then you're too sick to travel.

Motul 10W expert. The K2 manual said 644ml but mine is a K5 & was low so I poured in another 50ml to bring the level to 108mm. So it looks like I'm at about 700ml per fork.
