Ignition coil / coil pack

Hi everyone new to the forum just today I got  K7 Fe & love it. Now I got a k2 engine & have decided to build a chop outta it as they r bulletproof engines my question is

Can i replace the original ignition coils & leads with the newer ignition packs ?  if so what 1s can I use ?
Asking as I I'm not gonna have room between custom tank & top of engine for coils don't want to use longer leads .

Any info will be  much appreciated

Welcome to the forum Buck,    As far as I know the 1400 ignition coils are all the same and will work on all models.

Welcome Mate. Dynatek think name is, have a few diff coils for 14.

@Buck coils across all model 14's are the same, so no worries there

If you want specialised ones though try these (Dynacoils) - only other option I'm aware of for the 14  http://www.justbandits.com/dyna-coils-pair-1.html
