Mine is '02 (tank bag is later model) fast also 

You must have a 100 profile tyre on your bike to need a main stand modification like that.

You should be on the stage Jeff

Bit of a bugger having to carry that plank around

Rocket i borrowed was similar, always had to carry plate for sidestand. Any soft ground, over she went. Nothing to do with its weight, just gravity. The weight part was lifting it back up. Loved that bike.
