@grog  Been home brewing myself almost 40 years started back here in Ireland. At one stage in Oz I would have had about 700 long neck bottles in a garden shed on racks maturing away all types dated and labelled myself and a neighbour did it. About 15 years ago converted a fridge with Toohey's taps CO2 bottle Coke pressure barrels and regulator, About 6 years ago got the KEG KING double regulator. So can have two types on tap, pissed hundreds of bottles off now bottle about 3 long necks per batch as I still like to leave them for a couple of months, btw for those non Aussies (like Chris) long neck is 750ml bottle.

I used one of these, you pour luke warm water in it, shake it up & ignore it for 30 days.
