I was a JAFAD and worked on the old BJ system in 1991-3 (I think).  Have been back a few times about 4-5 years ago delivering training for the defence academy.

I used to be in charge of all T101 training while at Cosford so used to know most of the lads on 1ACC.  I left in 2004 and became a useless, whining and lazy civil servant but after 11 years I just couldn't go on working with such a bunch of vegetables so bailed out.
