Old Arai Giga Helmet

Hi

     I've recently bought an old Arai Giga helmet and want to remove the visor, but am having difficulty doing so.

On my old Quantum F helmet there were small toggle levers either side of the visor which needed to be raised prior to lifting the visor off.

The Giga has a different system for visor removal (ie no toggle levers) i understand the side pods need to be removed for this.
I have tried pushing the red clips rearwards which are just accessible from inside the side pod, but they don't want to budge.

I am reluctant to use too much force and damage anything.

Anyone familiar with a Giga that can help?  I've tried searching on youtube but nothing relates to a Giga model.

Look behind the cheek plates you should see a red bit push that and it releases everything

Use a lollipop stick or something similar, not a screwdriver.  Giga 2 was my first Arai, a great helmet.

  Visor removed... with a  tad more force.
