FI appear blink on indicator

hi, i'm new member of this forum group, i think my bike having some problems, when i start the engine after 1/2 hours the meter appear FI(blink) and FI red led its on. anyone can help me pls, is it may i do DIY inspection?. what can i do first?

Hi Irwin, welcome to the forum.

If the FI light is on, then as you say something is amiss, but we need to know why - getting the code associated with the FI light should help pinpoint the problem.

Once you obtain the code (which will display instead of mileage in the left hand dial) let us know and we can discuss further

Irwin, no idea what sort of climate you live in, dont know your location. Yeah, check out codes showing. Might give/ should get a clue. My first option after that would be unplug/ replug every connector after cleaning with contact cleaner. IMO more chance of dirty connector than failed sensor.
