Never been a fan of Chiros but at this stage will try. Into my 3rd week of agony, is there still a world out there. Best part is riding just correct angle, no pain on 14. Makes me appreciate it more.

Chiropractor always did OK for me

The best advice I could give though would be to take it easy after the treatment, most times I walked out of the Chiropractor feeling 100% after having everything manipulated back into place & it was so easy to start lifting, carrying and generally living life as usual, this was a big mistake as it takes a bit of time after treatment for everything to settle down and stay in place. I eventually found that taking it easier for a week or so after the treatment was the key, difficult to do when you are feeling good but well worthwhile and saves additional wear & damage to the delicate spinal Vertebrae

Good luck... Think we can all share our stories of our weird bodily conditions.

Luckily I left mine in the past ( acute sarcoidosis)

Chiro or physio really depends if it's bones or muscles at fault.

The problem with retirement is that you cant take a day off

Tried Osteo's and Physio's, none of them worked for me. Been under a Chiro the last 4 months and have significantly more movement and less back pain, best I've been for almost 20 years.

But do ask around, some are better than others, personal recommendations always useful.
Nothing to do.............all day to do it....I love retirement

Thanks heaps for all your help. Amazing. All praise from me.  Nearly 3 weeks now, stretches, self manipulation, reckon im half cured. Have had some really bad nights, wrist slashing pain. Cant lie or stand but sitting is good. Riding bike is the best, just painless. Biggest golf weekend coming up, wont even try, would have to crawl around. Thanks again for ideas blokes. Brilliant people on this site.  :clapping: :worshippy: :hat:
