rear sprocket

i use supersprox sprockets on the rear if my bike
only reason is they look good black and gold (with stainless nuts)and last well.

i change sprockets and chain once i have to start regularly adjusting the chain
depending on winter riding every 17000-20000 miles ( i know folk can get more miles than i do but thats when i change them)

i also replace sprocket carrier bearing every 2nd other sprocket change.

Sprocket carrier bearing is the weak point. If you have (or use) any power, it will last maximum 20 000 km.
