Yeah now 64, sure got all the Beatles texts, do you still need me etc. You young blokes dont worry about age, i still feel good. Did a huge labouring day Saturday, played golf Sunday. No Dramas. My bike riding comfort is best its ever been. Is there a secret, i reckon there is. Pilates rollers and stretching. Those two just make everything work. Lots of beer, balanced diet, that means anything you like. Porridge is my start of day, bananas, strawberries and honey with it. Am i lucky, yeah sure am.
