Bandit 1250 panniers on 14

So I seen the vfr racks pre 2001 fit the 14 with little modification, but their the Pl racks.... HOWEVER I'm looking for Plx racks as the only cases I want to fit are the v35s.

Has anyone fitted or modified Bandit 1250 racks, the Plx 537 or any other Plx racks to a 14?
