Today had to do a Safety Certificate on a 2018 Holden Clubsport. MOT up north. Not a bad car for a 4 door upgraded family sedan. Supercharged 6.2 litre V8. 430kw/576 bhp. Very nice to drive, superb brakes. Very compliant over bumps for a sporty car.

Our Mazda3 was coming to the end of it's lease and we decided after a lot of agonizing to replace it with what will likely be our last chance at a new car.

The Mazda 3 has got nicer and more expensive with the new generation model released this year, but after a LOT of research that's what we decided upon.

If you were to look online you'd find the Astina sedan has only two trim colour options.

All black (way too dark) or black and WHITE. A very bright white on dash and seats. So white it would get dirty just from being looked at.

We wanted something that looked more 'premium' (given that it's not a cheap car) and managed to get the dealer to work with an after-market car upholsterer to retrim parts in tan leather.

To say we are stoked with the results is an understatement we reckon it looks amazing, prestige look with red stitching tying it into the outside paint colour.

Me too mate. It's on Gumtree & Carsales. I thought I had it sold last Sunday but his wifes OT had organised a wheelchair that needed a ramp van.

Snapey, i also thought  a wanted type of car. Not by me now, let me out of moonboot today, cant ride until get all clear next week, wear boots. Im allowed to drive car, have me in a post op sandal. Yes, im happy.

Bought it new in July this year and absolutely love this car, will never be the fastest off the line (but hell I have the bike for that) loaded with toys, comfortable and surprisingly reasonably economical apart from the astronomical road tax   

Just noticed the Navara workhorse in the background also, great workhorse

You wouldn't believe how much more a Euro car costs here than in Europe. 
Between the exchange rate and the taxes here...   

We still have takes that were put in place to protect the local car manufacturing industry.
We no longer have any local car manufacturing industry at all, and yet the taxes are largely still in place.
