Nearly run in, it'll start getting quicker soon!

Seriously, mine felt quicker when it got over 30k miles than it did at 10k on.

Public holiday. Early start. Lap of the dam. Breakfast. Home before it's too hot.

Thanks Col.

The twisty road is "Clear Mountain Rd".

Quite near my house, I use it to start and finish most of my rides.

This is the view a little further along Clear Mountain Rd.  (old pic)

Today I doubled back and did this road (old pic) up Mt Glorious...

..... and came back over Mt a Mee (another old pic)

Beautiful roads.  Then ya get some halfwit putting shingle on the corners??!     All the pics show empty roads too?  Is that pretty much how you get to ride them?

I like early starts, so I normally miss the weekend traffic. I have over 20 spare days off banked at work so get to play in the week when there are no tourists or day trippers too.

Chilling out in the shade at Matamata.

Thought I would share like Tony Nitrous and my backyard / regular run is out through Mt Mee and around Somerset and then split coming home via Mt Glorious or travel via Fernvale, and Centenary Hywy back to Northern Brisbane.

Attached some pictures of the girl. I pock along and enjoy the solitude, the country, and the thrill.

Wouldn't be dead for quids.

Looks excellent riding weather T24!      Do you fit / carry chains for the bike?  Looks decidedly dicey to me.
