Met Mr & Mrs Kiwifruit today

Mr & Mrs Kiwifruit were kind enough to come across to Taupo to spend the day with myself and Mrs B, and a great day we had too, finishing up with a couple of cold ones in the beautiful summer sunshine overlooking Lake Taupo.

After struggling with the weather remote early in their visit the Barmys have got it sorted now. Don't think l've seen Taupo looking better.
Taupo is 150km from home, so a nice ride to start the day. Dave and Mrs B met us as we pulled in to their hotel on the lakefront at 9.30. Had a magic day with people we felt we had known for quite some time.

G'day Red. Asked after you yesterday. Yes its interesting. We talked about the forum. So many people sharing one common thread, the 14. Yet we all have many more points of interest that are shared and discussed here. Nice vibe on the forum.
